IBPS PO 2018 Recruitment Exams, CWE PO/MT Notification - Tentative Exam Dates are Out!

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is set to release IBPS PO Recruitment 2018 Notification soon at ibps.in (official website) for the process of Probationary Officer/Management Trainee (PO/MT) Exam.
IBPS PO 2018 Application Form submission will be started after few days of notification release. The eligible candidates will have nearly one month to submit the IBPS PO Application Form. This year approx 5000 vacancies are expected to be released by IBPS PO 2018 Recruitment CWE PO/MT-VIII.
According to the revealed updates, IBPS PO Prelims exam will be held in October and Mains exam in November 2018.

IBPS PO 2018 Eligibility Details
Below are the eligibility requirements so as to enable an applicant apply for this exam.
Education Qualification: - A graduation OR have an equivalent degree of Graduation (in any discipline) from the recognized University of the Indian government. Apart from this, any equivalent qualification which is recognized by the Central Government.
Nationality / Citizenship:
A candidate must be either -
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Note: Candidates must have done graduation with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD).
IBPS PO 2018 Age Criteria
Age should not be less than 20 years and not more than 30 years. Candidates born between 2nd Aug 1988 to 1st Aug 1998 (inclusive both dates) may apply for the recruitment.

IBPS PO 2018 Exam Pattern/ Structure
IBPS has decided to extend the previous year strategy to hire the candidates by Two-Phase Written examination, followed by an interview.
IBPS PO 2018 Prelims Exam Pattern: - Prelims exam is the 1st stage for candidates, which conducts online. The IBPS PO Prelims exam consists three sections - English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning. Total 100 questions will be asked. 1/4 mark will be deducted as negative marking. You will get 1 hour to solve 100 questions.

IBPS PO 2018 Mains Exam Pattern: Mains exam is the 2nd stage for candidates, which will be conducted online. The IBPS PO Mains exam consists five sections - English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge.Each question will carry 1 mark. 1/4 mark will be deducted as negative marking for each wrong answer. You will get 140 Minutes to solve 200 questions.

IBPS PO 2018 Selection Process
The IBPS PO 2018 Selection Procedure is based on the Three Phases examination.
·         Online Preliminary Examination: Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks (sectional as well as overall) to be decided by IBPS. Candidate's adequate number in each category will be shortlisted for Online Main Examination (depends on the requirements).
  • Online Mains Examination: Candidates qualifying the cutoff (sectional as well as overall) will be called for interview.
  • Interview: IBPS PO Interview will be scheduled via Participating Organizations as well as coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT with the help of IBPS. The final selection list of the candidates will be released after the successful completion of an interview round. 
IBPS PO Admit Card 2018
Applicants who will successfully submit the application form will be able to download IBPS PO Prelims Call Letter 2018 from the official website. The Preliminary examination is set to be held on 13th, 14th, 20th, and 21st October and candidates will be able to download IBPS PO Prelims Admit Card 2018 from last week of September 2018.
